what to expect from a class
Here at 'Vibe' we want you to feel safe whilst on your spinning bike therefore if you are a new customer we will always assist you with your bike set up.
If you are a regular spinner please approach us prior to the start of any session if you would like a bike check just to make sure all settings are correct. For further details regarding bike set up please refer to YouTube link.
