What can I expect from my session? On arrival to each of your pre booked sessions you will experience a relaxed, friendly environment. Picture a little industrial club scene with funky low lighting & an instructor who's ready to motivate with you with some fantastic tunes! We want you to enjoy every moment of this experience & leave feeling great! Please note; You are in complete control of your own bike at ALL times & will never feel pressured by us to do anything more than what you feel comfortable with. Here at 'Vibe' it is important to us that you feel safe whilst on your spinning bike therefore if you are a new or existing customer we will happily assist you with a bike set up. It's always worth having this re-checked every now & then. Please can we remind all of those attending their first session to arrive with no less than 15 minutes before your pre-booked session.

What should I bring to a class? Please always attend your session with the following: Water bottle - ideally please bring a pre filled bottle with you to every session, although should you forget we do offer a water machine in the studio. Hydration is often something we neglect. We strongly encourage you to drink plenty of fluids before, during & after your sessions. Trainers/Cycling shoes - we kindly ask all of our riders to wear running style trainers (lightweight with bulky structure). All of our bikes are fitted with straps that must be firmly secured around the feet before & during your session. Due to safety reasons we cannot accept fashion style footwear (i.e. converse) Alternatively all of our bikes in the studio can cater for cycling shoes that are fitted with SPD 2 bolt cleats. Towel - This is optional but recommended. A towel is not only used to wipe yourself during the ride but with risks of slipping it is also important that you keep your handlebars free of moisture.
-
How long will my session last? Each of our session last for 45 minutes but please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you are ready to ride at the start of your pre booked session.
-
Am I expected to follow the instructor throughout the session?Life is busy, our energy levels can often vary so please adjust your ride according to how you feel on the day. We as instructors will never put pressure on you to do what we are doing. Every stage of the ride is completely optional. If there are times when you need to create your own ride or offer yourself recovery then please feel free. Our aim is to provide a relaxed, friendly environment. We want you to enjoy your rides with us without the worry of feeling pressured to keep up with us or those around you.
